I wish Amar’e the best of luck with his new team,but i dont see him winning a champ in the next 2yrs with the ny knicks.Amar’e is a amazing player we all know that,how do u think he got the nickname stat?just being tall? no he has talent,and i think him going to the knicks we wont really see Amar’e be the player he was with the suns.He will need time to adjust to the new team.Best of luck to you Amar’e the phx fans will always be ur #1 fans!

I wish Amare wasn’t all about money. All nba players say they play for the game… Bull crap! If that was true, Amare would still be with the suns looking forward to another incredible season and keep his eye on the prize, wanting to get his firsh championship. Do ya’ll honestly think Amare is gunna get that in New York?.. If he wasn’t about money and want to be successful with getting a ring he should’ve stayed in phoenix. All the fans are just very disappointed in his decision because everyone looked up to him to get the suns to a championship. Amare was the only reason why I started liking basketball, always looked up to him. He was my hero. I’ll always be his fan.. But will never be a Knicks fan. I’m with PHOENIX ALL THE WAY! Never will betray the suns. I wish him the best of luck. If anyone agrees with my comment please comment it.. Amare I wish you were still part of the phoenix suns.

He gave 8 years of his career to us, his Phoenix Suns fans. If he feels he has to move on it is his right. As much as I believe he loved playing here, his final decision would have been based on what “HE” wants for his betterment and for his family. After all, they are his number one responsibility.
Good luck Amare, but you would have had a better chance of getting that ring with the Suns franchise.
Amare, you are and will always be my favorite Phoenix Suns. I understand your decision, but I also agree with the Suns. Some things are meant to be the way they happen. Hope you have a successful tour with the Knicks and come back to retire with the Suns. You will always be # 1.

8 years and you talk about him like he was garb , this is the same guy that tried to come back to soon from his knee injury during to playoff run to try and help his team . the same guy that became an all-star all nba and yet you have all this hate ….. But and the end of the day I think the Suns had alot to do with him leaving the past 3 years his name would come up at trade time 3 years of that and you start to feel unwanted at some point , after all he is as human as you and I so stop hatin and be happy with 8 years of Amar’e
Hey, Amar’e, don’t listen to all those haters talking crap on your page. I respect you going to the Knicks and they haven’t been the same since ’99 when they had both Patrick Ewing and Latrell Sprewell on that team. Some people are treating you like you’re Lebron James using all kinds of hateful rants on you but you’re not Lebron. You’re Amar’e Stoudemire. I think the people in Cleveland should grow up and accept Lebron going to the Miami Heat. And I don’t blame Lebron going to Miami to join D. Wade and Chris Bosh. People in Cleveland are hating on Lebron like it’s the end of the world or something. It happened, you can’t go back.
No matter what they say, U r the best. The choice u’ve made is very brave, I’m not sure if it’s right 4 u, but u r more brave than Cleveland‘s #23 or should I say Miami’s #6. Anyway whish u have great future in NY.
There’s a funny little story, that I just bought ur PE air max hyperize before u went 2 NY. It cost a lot and it’s in the Suns color(well, now u r in the Knicks) orz….But it’s still sweet that I could play with them on me.

Amar’e, Laker fan here but I definitely respect you a ton man. One of my favorite players ever since your rookie year and nowadays you’re easily one of if not the best finisher attacking the basket in the NBA. Can’t wait til you light up NYC!

I hope you win a championship in NY but lets be true it wont happen in the next 2 years you had a great chance of winning it with Phx but they didnt apreciate your talent they’ve been trying to trade you for the past 2 years. Still if I was you I would have went to a contender team but I know you will make NY a contending team.

To say im dissapointed about amare leaving would be an understatement. I loved watching the way you play~your aggressive moves to the hoop would raise goosebumps on me, I caught myself trying to emulate that style in life situations. nothing was more thrilling in a suns game then a savage dunk by amare to me…full of emotion and power…it would raise me out of my seat!I will always have love for Amare…im still a fan. ill never forget when you stood up for us Latino’s….that made me a fan forever.
